I really liked going up the Eiffel Tower. The 9 is because we took the stairs to the second floor and by the time we got there the ticket office was closed. For a prize for going up the Eiffel Tower I got a light up Eiffel Tower.
-Nadia

To me the eiffel tower wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I took the elevator up to all three floors, then walked down the second floor to the bottom. The top had a big view of the city, and a mini wax museum. the second floor has a souvenir shop, thats also where I also got a bag of gelt  On the first floor there's a restaurant and you, can see the enormous line below. If you decide to go then go as soon as possible to avoid the extremely long line. -Luka

The line is very long to go up the Eiffel Tower. An alternative, even with young kids, is the very short line to climb the stairs. We went all the way up to the 2nd story in about 15 minutes. A slower pace would take about 30 minutes. Once you get there, you can get cheap tickets to go all the way up to the top. Be aware that the elevator to the top floor closes at 11 pm. Even though we didn't make it in time, my daughter still loved the triumphant experience of climbing up the stairs and looking out at the magical view.

We went to a magic museum. I had lots of fun. There was a magic show and the magician did a trick with Chinese Sticks. After, we were really curious how he did the trick so we went to the magic store and got some. Now we know how to do the trick (but we can't tell because magicians aren't supposed to tell their tricks!) They also had some old magic things to look at. They had these pictures where you could look at them upside down and they were person and if you looked at them right-side up they were a different person (see below).
Also, if you take the Metro Saint Paul, there's a fun carousel you can go on.
-Nadia

The best part of the magic museum is the magic show. There are cool old magic tricks in the museum, but the show is the funnest. They have the things where you put your hands in and it does something to them, they look scary, but it just lightly brushes you.

This is the best ice cream place ever! They have lots of flavors: cherry, vanilla, caramel, lemon, mango, chocolate, nutella, strawberry, raspberry, coffee, yogurt, dark chocolate, passion fruit, stracciatella, pistachio, and lots of other flavors. If you get in a cone, they make flowers with the ice cream. They also have lots of different flavors of macarons with ice cream inside.
-Nadia

The ice cream and design is awesome, but the line is extremely long.  If you're at the rue de Buci store, just down the street you can get even better ice cream at a stand called "Berthillon." If you do plan to get ice cream, remember to get the L'inimitable, which is actually Nutella because it is their best flavor. There are limited seats, but if you happen to catch them, it's nice to sit down and eat your ice cream.
- Ezra

Amorino is the best ice cream place I have ever been to. The line is a bit long, but it's worth it.
You can get the ice cream in a cup or cone. And there are lots of flavors to choose from.
With the cone you can get as many flavors as you would like.

They have an octopus and lots of eels. One of the fish made a huge poop and the other fish started gathering up and eating it! There were lots of hammerhead sharks, lobsters, hermit crabs and crabs.
- Nadia

The movies are in French. There was too much walking and it was boring.

Luxemburg gardens has a big huge garden and a big huge playground. On the playground, there's a zip line thing that goes around. You can even go double (like I'm doing in the photo with my friend.) It's really fun. There is also a carousel. On the carousel you can play this game were you try to get a ring on a stick.
-Nadia

My low rating is due to extreme heat. There is this lake where you can rent small sailboats and push them around. It is fun to do, though it is in the direct sun making it very hot. Most carousels are extremely boring, but this one is spiffed up with this cool game. When the chairs are soaking in the sun they get super hot. In other words, I don't recommend touching the metal chairs, unless you don't mind getting a third degree burn.
-Ezra

The Luxembourg Gardens wasn't all that bad, there was a big pond where we could push boats around for half an hour. The playground was an insult to 11-year-old kids. It did have one fun thing though. It's a zipline that has a lot of turns, and the rope you hold onto has a pad on the bottom, so you can stand. There is also a caresol where you get a stick and poke it through small Metal rings. The 7 is because of the amount of people smoking, and the heat.

This is the best candy place you could ever find. They have gummy worms about 3 feet long, twisty licorice, big puffy candy strawberries, caramelized nuts, gummy sodas, gummy eggs, gummy strawberries, marshmallow twists, candy necklaces, shorter gummy worms, and much more.
- Nadia

If you have a sister that takes forever to decide, this is not your place. Oh and by the way please check out Luka's own blog. Click Here to go to his blog.

This is right next to the statue of Danton, a great opportunity to slip in a little history.
